ORBIT is at the core of what we do with artist development, and is divided into two parts:
The ORBIT Academy functions as a finishing school for musical artists. These artists have the talent, work ethic and potential but need guidance to become what we call "actualised artists." We help artists create their personalised 'brand bible,' which includes their mission statement, creative direction, short-term and long-term goals, and various other elements that ultimately guide them to their unique creative voices. Through this, we also provide technical coaching based on a specific artist's needs (be it vocals or songwriting for instance).
ORBIT Junior is for young learners, which inculcates creative and lateral thinking, as well as collaboration and empathy across various art forms. The world & technology is moving quickly. The use of AI, smartphones and social media is greatly affecting our children's thinking and attention. Through the creative arts, learners take on projects understanding both how and why to be creative, while appreciating the value and scope of human creativity that is uninfluenced by an algorithm

Our independent label, INDICA RECORDS, exists to be a home for artists. We aren't just a platform that releases songs, but strive to be an ecosystem that supports our artists with their music, identity, storytelling, visuals, live performances and long term career trajectory.
Our approach is based in our ethos of building and promoting artists who create fresh and powerful music as we continue to shed light on the dearth of talent in India and the subcontinent.

Not only do we assist artists with all the basics so that their music is available online, but we spend time with them building a marketing plan, playlist pitches, a clear artist identity, and providing access to our network where necessary. Nobody else does this.
